Foster Volunteer Opportunities

We always need more foster homes. Fostering is essential to Up-Cycled Pets in saving pets and keeping our rescue going. The more foster homes we have, the more pets we can save. If you’re interested in becoming a foster family/foster parent, you’ll provide a temporary home for a newly rescued dog or cat until UCP finds him/her a permanent home. This could be from a few weeks to a few months. We provide the vet care and health management while you provide the tender loving care. We carefully match up foster pets with foster parents based on what works for your household. Some people choose to foster cats and some do better with dogs, or even a litter.

All of our pets have been checked out by a vet, are up to date on their vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered before arriving at their foster home.

Once you’ve made your decision to join our growing family of foster “parents” all you’ll need to do is fill out the following form.
